| | | Welcome! In our past, we held association wide conferences. The problem was, attendance we awning fewer and fewer. As a result, in 2003 the Crescent Bay Association made a paradigm change and began taking workshops directly to the local church. Today, we are available in holding over 50 individual workshops to an individual church. We are able to tailor workshops to a pastor/churches specific need. Also, whoever, leads the workshop is available to become a Consultant. As a consultant, they are on hand to assist the church in implementing what they learned at the workshop. Since 2003, the Crescent Bay Association has held hundreds of individual workshops. We have held workshops for as few as 1 or 2 people to an attendance of over 2,000 people. We are solely guided by the pastor’s leading. Some Pastor’s invite other churches, while others want individual training. |

In our past efforts, we have helped churches grow from 30 to 150 in attendance. We have also helped churches go from 150 to presently over 300. Crescent Bay Healthy Church Ministries is a full encompassing ministry.
