More Information : (ICE) Intentional Community Evangelism Information

Welcome to our (ICE) Intentional Community Evangelism ministry. ICE is an annual program where 5 Crescent Bay Churches take part in a major training curriculum which culminates in an intensive four day evangelistic community blitz. ICE begins with a one year training in NET Soul Winning,  ICE Community Ministry Evangelism, ICE Prayer Walking and Implementation, ICE Follow-up Workshops. Following an extensive training, the 5 churches put together all the training and hold a 4 day evangelism blitz within each of the five communities. On average, each church averages 100 souls saved. Statistics have proven that each church who takes part in ICE, their congregation substantially increases in attendance and membership. If you would like move information, Contact our (Go to cbwla.com Web Site: Staff Leaders) Evangelism Director, Sabrina Mitchell. The following is an overview to (ICE) Intentional Community Evangelism:

What is NAMB led (ICE)  Inner City Evangelism?

Inner City Evangelism (ICE) is taking the gospel of Jesus Christ to the streets and neighborhoods of the inner city.  It is sharing with people that there is hope for this life and the way to have assurance of spending eternity with God.
Jesus was a living example of how to reach everyone with the gospel.  He has commanded us to continue in the same spirit of evangelism and to go - to tell the whole world that there is hope in Jesus Christ.

The Bible says that Christians are God’s ambassadors.  We are to tell others how much God loved them by sending His only Son to die on the cross for their sins, i.e. for their wrong choices in life (see 2 Corinthians 5:20).

ICE is going where others choose not to go.  ICE Team members routinely encounter the homeless, prostitutes, runaways, drug houses and other individuals who need help.  Encounters include children, teenagers, and adults who are living life without hope and purpose.  ICE is physically going to the unreached people groups of the inner city and confronting them with the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Jesus has commanded us to go into the cities, villages, and towns and to be his witnesses (see Acts 1:8). Even the areas we would not normally want to visit - He commands us to go into these areas.

We are there to share God’s truth that through accepting Jesus Christ an individual can have a new beginning, and a fresh start in life. Regardless of the sins a person has committed he or she is to focus on Jesus and what He has done for them.  The good news, i.e. the gospel, is the truth of how God paid our sin debt on Calvary’s cross by allowing His Son, Jesus to take our punishment on the cross (see John 3:16).

NAMB Inner City Evangelism can equip your church to reach Inner City people through a ministry of your church.  Examples:  A Bible study, an after-school program, an addict rehab program, or by planting a new congregation.
The NAMB ICE seminar includes classroom instruction, class practice time, and opportunities for real-life witnessing encounters on the street with a trained ICE team leader as your partner.  ICE training equips you to be effective in witnessing through relational evangelism, through prayer walking, and follow-up on new believers.

ICE is a 12 month process training and equipping churches to effectively impact the lostness within their community. ICE has averaged a success rate of experiencing over 100 people saved per church.
